How it works

A clear next step, right when you need it.

ZoneCue turns the range you already use into calm, glanceable guidance on Apple Watch.

1

Create your zone on iPhone

Name the range and enter whole-number lower and upper limits. ZoneCue validates the range but never recommends one.

2

Choose time on Apple Watch

Pick no limit, a built-in duration, or save a custom duration from 5 to 180 minutes.

3

Start the outdoor run

After a short countdown, Apple Watch starts the HealthKit workout and finds a stable heart-rate signal.

4

Follow run and walk cues

A sustained rise above the range cues WALK. Recovery to the lower boundary cues RUN AGAIN. Brief noise does not flip the instruction.

5

Finish with a useful summary

See active time, time below/in/above range, run/walk time, heart-rate summary, and cue transitions. The summary syncs locally to iPhone.

Signal behavior

Patient with noise. Immediate with controls.

Stable cues

ZoneCue smooths recent valid samples, waits through brief boundary crossings, and shows a clear signal-loss state instead of guessing.

Immediate Pause and End

Pause, resume, and end controls do not wait for heart rate, audio, phone connectivity, or subscription refresh.

Ready for the wrist

Set your zone. Follow the cue.

Requires iPhone with iOS 18+ and Apple Watch with watchOS 11+.
