Important fitness limitation
ZoneCue is a fitness tool, not medical advice or a medical device. You choose your own heart-rate range and remain responsible for deciding whether and how to exercise.
Annual subscription
The app download is free. Functional use requires one annual subscription purchased through Apple. The intended US launch price is $9.99 per year, and the in-app paywall displays Apple’s final localized total annual price and period before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal. Cancellation preserves access through the verified paid period. Refunds, billing, and subscription management follow Apple’s rules.
There is no free functional tier, trial, monthly plan, web checkout, external payment, or ZoneCue-managed billing account. Restore Purchases and Apple’s subscription-management controls are available from the iPhone app.
Use and availability
ZoneCue requires supported iPhone and Apple Watch hardware and compatible operating systems. Apple Watch allows one active workout app at a time. Heart-rate availability, cue delivery, battery, connectivity, and third-party media behavior can vary by device, settings, fit, motion, environment, and Apple platform behavior.
An inactive, expired, revoked, or unverified entitlement blocks functional app use. Offline Watch access can continue only through the expiration of a transaction previously verified on that Watch.
Apple platform terms
Purchases, renewals, cancellation, refunds, Apple Health, and the App Store are provided by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and your device or account settings. The final terms will include Apple’s required minimum end-user-license provisions.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use ZoneCue only for lawful personal fitness purposes and may not interfere with, reverse engineer where prohibited, redistribute, or misuse the app or its services. ZoneCue names, software, interfaces, and original cue assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Disclaimers and final legal details
Exercise carries inherent risk. ZoneCue does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, medical accuracy, a specific training result, or compatibility with every device, accessory, media app, or future platform version. The final terms will state the approved limitation of liability, consumer-rights savings language, governing law, dispute process, legal entity, contact details, and effective date after counsel review.
